  • The advanced pulse system reduces spatter during welding and facilitates the control of the solidification process through the weld pool. It offers the possibility to be fully used for aluminum, stainless and steel materials.
  • The smart fan technology is activated depending on the operating temperature. By this means, noise and energy use are reduced.
  • The wind tunnel, structured inside the machine prevents the external dust from reaching the electronic cards within the machine.
  • Simple user interfaces are very user-friendly and the multi-language TFT screen offers easy and accurate use for the operator.
  • The wire feed system with its powerful encoder motor, 4x4 wire feed system, ensures stable and spatter-free arc formation. By this means, welding is performed effortlessly without any break in soft wires.
  • An energy conservation of approximately 40% is achieved through the inverter technology.
  • The integrated water cooling system enables cooling either by air or water.

LN500 is an inverter technology metal inert gas welding machine that has the capability to perform MIG/MAG (metal inert gas), MMA (coated electrode) and Argon (TIG) welding with a single machine.
